President Trump to Host Ukrainian President and European Leaders

President Trump will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and
leaders of several European countries at the White House on August 19th to discuss Ukraine's ongoing defense and
reconstruction efforts, as well as threats to European security.

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) will also join the meeting to emphasize the
bipartisan nature of American support for Ukraine.

White House Officials Announce

White House officials announced the unprecedented meeting yesterday,
saying that President Trump believes Ukraine's success in defending its
sovereign territory is in the US's deepest interests.
