Second boxer dies from brain injury after Tokyo event

The 27-year-old boxer was hospitalized after suffering a brain injury in a fight Saturday in Tokyo.

The Japan Boxing Commission said it would investigate the incident.

In a statement, promoter Top Rank said Day died at a hospital in Tokyo.

The company called him "a tremendous person and talented boxer."
