Watch: Timelapse shows Northern Lights display over North Sea
The Northern Lights flashed across UK skies on Monday night, and astrophotography company Astro Dog captured a stunning timelapse of the aurora above the North Sea. The video, consisting of 782 separate photographs, was taken from Flamborough in east Yorkshire. Space weather forecasters are optimistic that there may be another chance to see the aurora tonight.
